2. Data We Collect

2.1 Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, subject, and message content. This data is processed via a third-party form service.

2.2 Service Subscriptions

Payment information for service subscriptions is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Practical AI Workshop

Interest / application form (Formspree): we collect the contact person’s details (name, email, phone, company or professional activity, role, optional website or professional profile), who would most likely attend and, if applicable, that person’s role, the likely participant’s region and availability, readiness (AI assistant, typical uses, access type, autonomy, introductory training, laptop/accounts), intended initiatives, cloud/confidentiality restrictions, and the submitter’s contact preferences (WhatsApp about this request, optional marketing and, only if the submitter is the likely participant, optional edition WhatsApp group). We do not collect the colleague’s contact details at this stage. We use this to qualify requests, form viable groups, and contact the submitter about future editions. This stage does not reserve a seat or process payment.

Concrete edition registration form (Google Forms / Google Drive): we collect participant details, billing details, registration type, acceptance of terms and edition rules, company-benefit indications where applicable, proof of payment, and registration/payment status. We use this to match registration to payment (Revolut Pro), manage capacity, prepare the workshop, and issue tax documents. Proof of payment does not automatically confirm the seat.

2.4 AI Chatbot

Messages sent to the AI chatbot are processed by a third-party AI provider. Do not share sensitive or personal data through the chatbot.

2.5 Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor. Full measurement only loads after you grant consent via our cookie banner; if you decline, we send cookieless Consent Mode pings only. Where analytics is enabled, we may collect pages visited, events (such as plan clicks, form submissions, and chatbot opens), browser and device information, and approximate geographic location. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google relies on its standard contractual clauses for such transfers. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

2.6 Cookies

This website uses the following cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential: Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage. Your cookie consent choice is stored in the first-party cc_cookie cookie for approximately 6 months.
  • Analytics (consent required): Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept analytics cookies. They are retained for up to 2 years.
  • Advertising: We do not use advertising cookies.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent: For website analytics cookies, optional workshop marketing, and any other processing where consent is required by law. Marketing consent is separate from contact needed to respond to an application.
  • Legitimate interest: To respond to inquiries and improve our website and services in contexts that do not rely on non-essential cookies.
  • Contractual necessity: To fulfill service agreements, process workshop registrations, and payments.
  • Pre-contractual measures: To assess interest applications and propose concrete editions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

  • Interest applications: Retained as needed to form groups and send invites, then deleted or anonymised unless legally required or active marketing consent applies.
